2 oz Neversink Gin

½ simple syrup

½ fresh lime juice

Top with seltzer

Shake first 3 ingredients, strain into Collins glass, top with selzer. Garnish with cucumber slice.

Neversink Martini

2 oz Neversink Gin

1 oz Vermouth Blanc

2 dashes of grapefruit bitters

Stir well, strain in coupe glass. Garnish with lemon or grapefruit peel.

Neversink Negroni

1 ½ oz Neversink Gin

½ oz Campari or Contratto Bitter

1 oz Vermouth Rosso

Stirred, served in tumbler on the rocks. Garnish with orange peel.
